Check with the HR section at work or with your insurance, if you have one, as often they can over parts or the totality of your therapy fees.

Note: these fees are based on conventional working hours on week days between 9am and 4pm. There is an additional fee of 120 NOK/11 Euro per hour for evening sessions, and 290 NOK /26 Euro per hour for weekend sessions.
*Cancellation policy: If you do not cancel or reschedule your session at least 48 hours before, you will be charged for the session.

Public speaking, therapeutic writing & tailored retreats

These fees vary depending of length, format, location and topic. While some of my clients want a standard talk of 45 minutes, other clients want me to prepare a full day of tailored content for their organization, which requires several hours of preparation. In addition, the fees are different if you want to book me for online, or if you want me to travel to your location. Events in the evening time or on the weekends have additional fees as well. I also collaborate with different NGO's who involve me in grant applications. Therefore, the easiest thing is that you reach out and tell me a about your expectations! I will get back to you as soon as I can and provide you with further assistance and information.
